I saw a video clip a while back, and wondered of anyone had it; or a link to it?

Initially it looks like a real beheading video until they start to kill the person. The victim starts screaming then cackling and appears to turn into a demon/creature of some kind. It then proceeds to attack the 'attackers'?

Can anyone help?
